Arbury Carnival – Saturday 9 June 2018
The 2017 (40th anniversary) carnival saw the community celebrate in great style with a glorious summer day, record stall bookings and attendance, a fantastic carnival procession, non- stop arena events and, for the first time an evening concert. In November an open meeting was held to encourage local people to come forward to help form the organising committee for the 2018 carnival. There is now a great mix of new and old committee members who have already started planning this year’s carnival. Another evening concert is looking to be included as it proved so popular.
