Dear Parents/Carers

Here is our ‘This Week at Colleges We Are’ for your information.

Nursery

We are getting ready for winter in the vegetable patch and looking forward to winter.

Daisy Room

We will be using the oven to make dried fruits to use in our play and we will be baking bread to share.

Eco Friendly Bags

In the nursery we will be trailing different types of eco-friendly bags for the return of wet clothes.  Please re-use if you feel you can or dispose of in your rubbish and they will decompose unlike the plastic bags.

Children in Need

Thank you for supporting Children in Need and for your donations.

Illness

Please can we remind you if your child is unwell, has vomited, has diarrhoea, a temperature and has needed Calpol, nursery is not the place for your child until they have fully recovered.

Parent Consultations – Nursery

Parent consultations are still taking place for Nursery children this week.  Dates for the Daisy Room will follow shortly.  This is an opportunity to meet with your keyworker to discuss your child.  The sign-up sheets are with your keyworker, please do make sure you sign up.

Photographer

Your child’s photograph proof cards should now be with you.  Packs can be ordered directly with the photographer online at www.pics4schools, you will need your URN number from your card to view your child’s pictures.

There are lots of pack options on the website.  To receive free back to school delivery you must order by the 20 November 2019. You will need to select the back to school option when checking out.

Orders can be placed after this date but you will be charged an additional postage fee.  If you have any questions please contact the photographer direct via phone or email.

Arbury Court Christmas Lights

The Mayor of Cambridge will be officially switching on the Christmas lights on Tuesday 10 December at 3.30 p.m.  You are invited to go along with your children to join others see the switch on, sing Christmas songs, hot chocolate, marshmallow and mince pies, all welcome.
